Panties are sized differently depending on the different brand name.Some are sized with a waist measurement, some with a hip measurement and still others go by pant size. Measure by Waist Measure around the natural indentation of your waist. You can also bend to one side to find the natural crease. This is your natural waist. It is generally higher than you expect and above your belly button. Make sure you measure with a snug, but not constricting fit. Measure by Hip Measure around the fullest part of the hips. Make sure to measure a horizontal line around your body. Take a measurement with a snug, but not restrictive fit.

When measuring to determine your bra size you should, if possible, wear a comfortable standard underwired bra (not padded or push-up, etc.) Measure Band Size Measure around your rib cage, just under the bust.
